• “Mirror” Effect: Between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, sunlight enters through crevices and reflects off salt-laden limestone walls, creating a shimmering mirror-like effect.

Rangko Cave or Gua Ranko

Rangko Cave (Goa Rangko) is a stunning ocean cavern near Labuan Bajo, famous for its crystal-clear turquoise saltwater pool that glows when sunlight hits it.

The best time to visit is between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM. During this short window, the sun reaches the correct angle to illuminate the water through the cave mouth.

• 02:30 PM. Travel to Rangko Village. A 30–45 minute
• 03.10 PM. Arrive at the Rangko Village, a 15-minute boat ride to Rangko harbor.
• 03.25 PM. Walk past the beach and the little forest to Rangko Cave. Spend 1 hour in Rangko Cave, swimming.
• 05.35 PM. Back to Labuan Bajo city, continue to Silvia Hill.
• 06:00 PM. Sylvia Hill (Bukit Sylvia). Arrive early to find a good spot for the 360-degree panorama.
