How do I join a shared tour of Komodo for 3 days without an overnight in Labuan Bajo?

  • Book an early flight ticket from Bali to Labuan Bajo on the first day ( Arrival schedule 8.15 and 9.05 am in Labuan Bajo).
  • On Day 3, book a late flight at 5.30 pm or 7 pm.

Are you solo traveling?

A single bed is not available on these boats; sharing a cabin is the option. Sharing a bed with another traveler (same gender ).

Do you need your own bed for greater comfort?  No problem, we have the option:

  1. Stay in a shared cabin and get a private bed. We will charge you for two people.
  2. Stay in a private cabin for more privacy. Will charge you for two people.

Getting to Labuan Bajo?

The easiest and most common way to get to Labuan Bajo is by flying, as the overland and ferry journey is very long. It is best to check the flight availability first.

The trip includes a pick-up?

Yes, the trip includes pick-up from the airport and a hotel near the city of Labuan Bajo. Drop off after the tour at your hotel or airport.

What time does the pickup start?

The pick-up starts from 09.00 to 10.30 am.  Please be ready within that time window.

Recommend a hotel to stay to have free pick up and drop off.

  • Accommodation in the hill areas. Start from the city to Flaminggo Bajo.
  • Beach hotels. Start from the city to around the Jayakarta Suite Resort.
  • Free pick up around the central town of Labuan Bajo.

How do you book 3 days Komodo tour?

  1. To book the trips, you can email or WhatsApp to check the available dates ( Monday or Friday )
  2. Send a copy of your passport. We need to sign up your details for booking.
  3. You will receive a confirmation by WhatsApp or email for your booking.
  4. Secure your tour booking by depositing it into our PayPal or bank account.
  5. You need to pay the balance in cash upon arrival.
  6. Book your hotel at the free pick-up area.
  7. This tour is a popular adventure. Recommend booking 60 days in advance of the departure date.

Tour plan of Komodo 3 days:

Day 01. Labuan Bajo – Kelor – Menjerita – Sunset at Kalong – Overnight.

  • 09.15 am to 10.15 am. Pickup at Labuan Bajo airport or Labuhan Bajo Hotel.
  • Transferred to our representative office in Labuan Bajo or directly to the harbor.
  • Transfer to Labuhan Bajo port to check in the boat.
  • Sail to Kelor Island ( snorkeling spot and best photos shot from the hill )
  • Trip to Menjerite island, snorkeling activities.
  • Trip to Pulau Kalong for a sunset watch and to view the flying foxes
  • Overnight on the boat

About the Boat and Engine Noise:

  • Please note that the boat’s generator will operate at night to provide electricity for lighting and air circulation.
  • Most boats do not have full sound insulation, so you may hear some engine or generator noise in your cabin, especially at night.
  • This is completely normal for live aboard boats in Komodo.
  • For a more comfortable sleep, we recommend bringing earplugs or listening to soft music through your headset.

Boat Engine and Replacement Policy (service guidelines policy)

Engine Failure or Technical Issues:

  • All boats are operated and maintained regularly to ensure guest safety and comfort.
  • In rare cases where the boat engine experiences a technical failure, we will immediately arrange an alternative boat to continue your trip.
  • If such a situation arises before departure (for example, one day prior to the trip), our team will contact you promptly and provide several available boat options that align with your schedule.
  • Each replacement boat may have different facilities and price levels, so the final trip cost will be adjusted accordingly based on the new boat selection.
  • We always prioritize your comfort and safety, and every replacement will be arranged in coordination with you to ensure a smooth experience.

  6. Engine failure. We will replace the boat without notice and adjust the boat price.

  • You can make a deposit payment using our bank account or PayPal.
  • We are not responsible for any taxes.
  • You must pay the balance in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

  • A full refund of the deposit for cancellations made up to 14 days in low season
  • A 50% charge of the deposit applies for cancellations within 7 to 14 days.
  • A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 6 days
  • We are not responsible for flight or luggage delays.
