  2. Send a copy of your passport. We need to sign up your details for booking.
  3. You will have a confirmation by WhatsApp or Email for your booking.
  4. Secure your tour booking by sending a deposit to our PayPal or Bank account.
  5. The balance you need to pay by cash upon arrival.
  6. Book your hotel at the free pick-up area.
  7. This tour is a popular adventure. Recommend booking 15 days in advance of the departure date.

Day 1. Labuan Bajo – Kelor Island – Menjerite – Sunset at Kalong Island

Engine Failure or Technical Issues:

  • All boats are operated and maintained regularly to ensure guest safety and comfort.
  • In rare cases where the boat engine experiences a technical failure, we will immediately arrange an alternative boat to continue your trip.
  • If such a situation arises before departure (for example, one day prior to the trip), our team will contact you promptly and provide several available boat options that align with your schedule.
  • Each replacement boat may have different facilities and price levels, so the final trip cost will be adjusted accordingly based on the new boat selection.
  • We always prioritize your comfort and safety, and every replacement will be arranged in coordination with you to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Clothing: A swimsuit, light clothing for after-water activities, and an evening outfit
  • Sun protection: Reef-safe sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, and polarized sunglasses
  • Footwear: Hiking sandals or shoes, or water shoes or sandals for walking on the beach
  • Toiletries: Toothbrush and other toiletries
  • Other equipment: Dry bags, wet wipes, headset or earplugs, power bank, and a hard drive for documentation
  • Personal items: Towel, identification, and cash
  • Snacks and hydration: Extra water and snacks to tide you over between meals
  • Hand sanitizer.

  2. We act solely as a travel agent. The boat tour and its crew manage and decide the island activities
  3. For safety and coordination, guests are required to follow the boat crew’s instructions
  4. Trust the boat captain’s decisions—your safety is the top priority
  5. Always prioritize safety and follow the operator’s guidance for the best experience
  6. Engine failure. We will replace the boat without notice and adjust the boat price.

  • You can make a deposit payment using our bank account or PayPal.
  • We are not responsible for any taxes.
  • You must pay the balance in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

  • A full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days.
  • A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days.
  • A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
  • We are not responsible for flight or luggage delays.
