By booking a trekking program with Rinjani Volcano Escape, guests agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed after the guest provides personal details, trekking date, and agreed payment or deposit. Full payment details will be shared before the trip begins.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may depend on the trekking package, number of participants, and cancellation date. Guests are advised to contact us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Health & Safety

Guests must be in good physical condition before joining the trek. Mount Rinjani trekking involves challenging terrain, high altitude, and changing weather conditions. Guests are responsible for informing us about any medical conditions before the trip.

Weather & Park Regulation

Trekking schedules may change due to weather, safety concerns, or official regulations from the national park authority. Rinjani Volcano Escape has the right to adjust or cancel the trip if conditions are unsafe.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. We recommend keeping valuable items safe and bringing only necessary items for trekking.

Environmental Responsibility

All guests are expected to respect nature, avoid littering, and follow the guide’s instructions to help preserve Mount Rinjani’s environment.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that all guests have personal travel insurance that covers trekking or outdoor activities.
